The rooms are large and they have coffee and tea making facilities, TV, and a radio. The atmosphere is family and everyone from the staff are very very helpful.

Perfect and relaxing accommodation. Absolutely perfect setting very close to tourist attractions. Castle restaurant and renovated castle serve as fantastic decor for great food. Wide varieties of great food at breakfast. Rewritten review: Staying at Fletcher Hotel-Restaurant Kasteel Erenstein in Kerkrade was a truly pleasant experience. the accommodation was perfect and provided a relaxing atmosphere. the setting was absolutely perfect, being in close proximity to tourist attractions. the castle restaurant and renovated castle added a fantastic touch to the dining experience, complemented by a wide variety of great food options available at breakfast.

Perfect hotel, helpful staff, free wi-fi. Wonderful & comfortably furnished room, a multi-channel television, a study table, and a radio in there. Stunning and good location for visiting canteens and restaurants. Situated in a beautiful area.

Situated close to a lovely renovated castle which provides a picturesque setting for enjoying delicious meals and wines, with a charming farm nearby, and just 1 km away from a modern zoo.

The location was stunning and marvelous with a modern zoo just a 10-15 minute walk away. the hotel is situated in a pretty nice area. We loved the nice bathroom and the amenities in our standard double room such as coffee/tea making facilities, television, and a radio.

The place was clean with a modern design and pleasant staff. Location near the historic farm that belonged to the castle, and the "castle" restaurant. - Really comfortable overall experience.

The value for money at this hotel was great. The room was comfortable, with new sanitary ware in the bathroom and a sunny balcony. The location was perfect, surrounded by a beautiful park and close to the center of town. The staff were friendly and helpful.
More breakfast choices would have been nice, especially in terms of variety.

Good standard since 1987, excellent restaurant, dust reported, pleasant location near the castle, buffet allowed only once for breakfast but nice.
